My San Diego for yours

Hoping to explore the US in a unique way. I have a 2 bd 2bth. I have a roommate but she is rarely here (maybe once every few months) She will be aware of the situation. She has a dog so you must be dog friendly. I also have a dog (3 month old golden retriever) so your place must be dog friendly. I have a queen bed, tv in room, washer and dryer in apt. building. (Never busy) Parking spot and single car garage. About 10 min drive to the beach, super safe neighborhood, night life near by. I am a 31 y/o female who loves snowboarding.
