Job Description: As a Security Guard at Cross, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' interests and ensuring a safe and secure environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry. Patrol: Conduct regular security patrols, both indoors and outdoors, to detect and deter any suspicious activities. Incident Response: Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. CCTV Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on surveillance cameras and report any unusual activities or security breaches. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors and clients with inquiries and directions. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports, documenting any security breaches or incidents. Safety Checks: Conduct routine safety checks to identify and address potential hazards or security vulnerabilities. Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies when necessary. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and perform routine patrols for extended periods. Knowledge of security and safety protocols is a plus.
