brand new sheet vinyl

i bought a roll of sheet vinyl for my basement and then decided not to do the project... this is Tarkett commercial sheet vinyl...see the picture for the specs... its a medium shade of mottled gray.. The roll is still in the factory packaging and only opened at one end to show the color. I paid over $500 for this material....my loss is your gain...$250 is the firm price. Local pick up only and you will need help to load...this roll is over 300 pounds. Roll size is 6'6" wide by 75 feet long cash only.
