Choose from Lion’s Mane, Comb’s Tooth, Bear’s Head, Shiitake, or Pink Oyster. This is for the colonized grain, only. The grain is like the food for the mushroom. In order to grow, the mushrooms also need substrate (master's mix or straw bag/block), which provides the water and structure.
