Survey Technician - Facilities / Equipment

MetaBIM, Inc. is a rapidly growing Internet facilities database company located in Scotts Valley, CA. We have an outstanding opportunity open immediately within our Services Division for a Survey Technician. The work primarily includes facility equipment surveys and the creation of detailed equipment records in an online database. This work is principally accomplished in-the-field using mobile computing hardware and software. In addition to in-the-field surveying, some office work may also required. We are seeking a professional, qualified and goal oriented candidate for an entry level to 5 years experience position with education and/or work experience in the following disciplines: • Facility Surveying • AutoCAD & Drafting • Facilities Management • Architecture • Engineering • Construction Industry The successful candidate is one who is a motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a group environment as well as autonomously. Candidate must be able to complete projects accurately and on time. This position requires travel to our clients' locations throughout the Los Angeles region.
