Companion, driver needed for elderly woman

Companion and driver needed for 90 year old woman. She's fun, interesting and creative, but lonely and bored. Ideal companion would be a mature retired female who would like to attend activities with her like arts & craft classes, go to the library, take senior exercise classes at the gym, go out to lunch or a movie, take walks, sit around and tell stories, drive to Dr appts, grocery shopping, help around the house, volunteering, etc. Part-time, 2-3 days a week for a few hours each day (total 5-10 hrs/wk?). Must have reliable transportation and patience with mild dementia / memory loss. Expenses will be paid (movies, lunch etc). Must be ok with cats.
