I am currently looking for someone to take over my current lease term. This is a one bedroom/one bath apartment with quartz countertops. Washer and dryer in unit, a walk in closet, lots of natural lighting, fenced in attached yard and patio, first floor level, just over 700 square feet. The rent is currently $1880 per month. This includes internet, trash, pest control and the amenity fee. I currently have a $2,229 credit on my account that I am willing to forfeit to the person who takes over the lease term. Lease term ends October 15th, 2024. You’d be required to pay the application fee, apply and qualify with income at 3x the rent. No admin fee. Apartment is located in Frisco, Texas.
