New Mexico .25 Acre Lot for Sale

**To the person who keeps flagging my post, FYI, I will keep posting till the lot sells. I feel sorry for you that flagging is what you feel you need to do to someone who is trying to sell her lot. This lot does not have any utilities, which is part of the reason for the price being what it is. Utilities are nearby - as in an existing, functioning structure and distances vary. I spoke with Valencia county planning and zoning dept and was told you can park an RV there for up to 6 months at a time. You would need a 3/4 acre or larger for a traditional septic system unless you have a treatment system like urban areas use.
