We are looking for one or more tenants to take over our lease at Cortland Bull City, just next to the American Tobacco Campus in Durham. The unit is the "Washington" floor plan—a spacious two-story apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a bonus room/den. You can view the floor plan and take a full virtual tour by going to the Cortland Bull City website and selecting the Washington floor plan. Apartment features and details of the lease takeover are below. This apartment has been fantastic for us, but we are moving out of Durham sooner than expected so are looking for someone to take over the lease. Key Features: Location: Cortland Bull City (Downtown Durham, next to ATC) Bedrooms/Bathrooms: 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms Bonus Room: Perfect for a home office or guest room Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer Layout: Two-story design with bedrooms and laundry upstairs; this unit is one of only four townhome-style units here with direct street access Parking: Two parking spaces in the indoor parking garage included Amenities: A/C in unit; all Cortland Bull City community amenities (i.e., gym, pool, and more) are included, which can be viewed on their website Rent and Lease Details: As this is a lease takeover, you would be taking over our lease for the remainder of the lease term.
