Very nice paperbag dress slacks purchased at Norstroms. High waisted. Paper bag waist ruffle at top of waist. Button zip close. Two front pockets. Pants are somewhat stretchy. Slim legs. Tag says size M. Actual measurements are: Waist 14" across back lying flat and stretches to 15", Rise 14", Inseam 24", Total leg opening 15". 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Please email if interested.
