24 foot cabin cruiser/needs work

decided to sell my 1996 24 foot chaparral. solid floor. bimini top and boat cover included. has small kitchen on one side and porta potty/closet on the other. has bed with all the cushions and the table/ no leaks the motor needs to be rebuilt- its the 454 big block 7.4 gl motor just paid 5k for the lower unit last summer then the motor went out. new gimble bearing and baffles. i still have the old lower unit- its for sale now as parts/props for 1k (500 bucks extra with sale- the props are 1k used) the boat blue books for 20k in running condition so to get the boat for the cost of the lower unit- id think someone would be more than happy to come get it. I need the cash- no trades boat title in my name/bill of sale for the trailer- yes it comes with a $2k double axle trailer I'll part it out if that's a better deal for you; 454 as is (needs rebuild- needs a head gasket but the asshole boat guy left the head off in the rain so the cylinder walls are rusted on one side)- 1k working lower unit- 4,500 boat shell with title in great condition- 1,500 24 foot double axle trailer- 2k (boat would need to go before I sell the trailer by itself)
