8 month old kitten and cat tree

8 month old kitten hes very soft and nice but we just don't have space for him or money to properly care for him. I have a litter box and litter I have a large cat tree thats in really good condition i just got it last weekend from buy nothing and i have probably a two to three weeks worth of wet food for him and some dry. He has not had shots and he is not neutered.
