Commercial Interior Designer - Independent Contractor Needed!

Our team is looking for an exceptionally creative commercial interior designer to collaborate on our ongoing projects. This is a contract-based job: per project. We can discuss more details in person. We specialize in designing dessert shops, restaurants and retail stores. We are looking for a commercial interior designer with specific skills: - Ability to communicate with a client through Zoom call, after a few months of training. - Lots of creativity and imagination! - Putting together digital material boards. Ability to search for materials, furniture, lighting and colors that match provided logo and branding of a company. - Professional level experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop and Illustrator and any other 3D modeling program like SketchUp or 3DS Max. - Ability to create Interior Elevations and Ceiling plans of your designs on AutoCAD. - Creating Color interior elevations or a colored floor plan showing finishes, using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator. This step is a must for us! - Hand sketching of your design ideas and details OR 3D modeling. - Experience with Commercial projects. - Ability to work with a 3D modeler, kitchen designer and other team members to put together a design project concept for presentation.
