37" Philips LCD Flatscreen TV for Parts or Repair

//For Parts Or Repair// I have a 37" Philips LCD TV with remote and stand. TV powers on and displays the menu screen for anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes, then goes to a red power button with a flashing sequence (error code?). I looked the unit over and don't see anything out of the ordinary. All the capacitors visually look good. Possibly a bad resistor. Great tv with an awesome picture when it worked. Probably an easy fix for the electronically inclined. $50 cash picked up in Laurel. //For Parts Or Repair//
