Description:

This is a productive gold claim and great camping/fishing spot for sale. Its a 20 acre site about 45 minutes west of Yreka CA, (20 minutes from Fort Jones) The road is paved until the last quarter mile but you don't need any special vehicle as access is easy 2wd. You could drive any car or RV right onto the claim/camping area. There is about 600 feet of the Amazing Scott River on the claim, several hundred feet of the smaller but still year round Canyon Creek; and the confluence of the two. The camping area is really nice - There are tall mature trees providing shade, and easy access into Canyon Creek. The Scott River is a short couple hundred feet from camping. The area is mostly pretty raw and natural. Lots of rocky boulders hiding gold and other forest treasures. Its off the beaten path, out of sight for most passersby's with little to no other people around. Pretty and relaxing little spot in the forest. The water sounds nice when camping or hanging out panning for gold. There is even a 2nd more hidden camping area on the northern end of the claim where you could REALLY get away from it. This claim has it all!! Im Asking $4600 cash for this claim, or $500 down and 10x monthly payments of $480. I'm always open to barter/trade offers for all or some of the value. My favorite trade items are working cars, boats, quads, coins, silver, 215, or something else i could resell on ebay. Id love to consider your item so let me know. You can not build permanent structures, but can have temporary ones like on blocks or wheels. You would own the exclusive mining rights. They would be yours as long as you pay the annual upkeep fees and taxes (about $200/year) You can camp for 14 days at a time, or indefinitely with an active mining operation, which can be small scale. You would be purchasing the mineral rights only, not the land itself. The land is and would remain National Forest, managed by the BLM, who have deemed it forever wild. This is a great opportunity to get into the outdoors and have some real fun. Why pay big bucks for private property you are going to only used once or twice a year? Why camp at a crowded campground with a hundred other RVs and barking dogs and screaming kids. This site is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, accessible and a place you can call your own. Message me if interested in this claim. Id be happy to text, email or call you. Let me know what questions I can answer! =)
