36" high. Seat height is 18". Seat is large and comfortable at 15" by 18". No wobbles--very sturdy. There is one crack by one of the back rungs that has been repaired. The chair is in very good condition for its age and surprisingly comfortable. Windsor chairs are great accent pieces in your traditional or even modern design scheme.
