8,000 BTU 115-Volt Portable Air Conditioner with Dehumidifier Mode for rooms up to 250sqt. Bought new a couple years ago, used one season, then moved to home with air conditioning so havent used it and time to find someone who can. Great like new condition, all parts included along with some weather stripping if you want to go aroubd the part that goes out the window on top and bottom for a better seal. Origional instruction manual also included. Has always been stored and transported carefully and upright, so 100% fully functional.
