We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. Position Overview: As a Caregiver at our six-bed facility, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate care, support daily activities, and foster a positive and engaging environment for our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors. Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Administer medications according to prescribed schedules. Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary restrictions are followed. Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or mental health. Engage residents in recreational activities and social interactions. Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents. Qualifications: Previous experience as a caregiver in a senior care setting is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents and their families. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for seniors. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
