2012 Honda CR-V 5dr 2WD EX

2012 Honda CR-V 5dr EX beige interior, urban titanium exterior, one owner, garage kept, no accidents 127k miles on or about. Well maintained. No carfax but personal log records on all maintenance. Up to date on maintenance on the most trouble free car I ever owned. Just don't drive much anymore and downsizing. Tread at least 50% left and recently aligned. Moon roof, A/C good, 5 sp auto trans, 2.4 L 4, 2 keys, non smoker, window sticker. The hiccups are - no blue tooth, normal AZ front, the back fold down seat pull has to be manually opened. I thought it would be an easy fix but never found it a problem. Around 25-7 mpg in town and 29-34 highway. Has 2" receiver w/ elec receptacle. I used it to trailer a golf cart 3-4 times locally.
