Responsibilities: o Inbound/outbound call taking and data entry in our report and internal system. o Review reports submitted by field officers, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. o Monitor field officers' activity and light scheduling on daily basis; checking shift times; taking into account security needs in the field. o Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. o Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Minimum Requirements: o Customer service/phone experience o Data entry o Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods Other requirements: o AZ DPS Guard Card o A high degree of maturity o Critical thinking skills o Detail oriented Job Types: Full-time Salary: From $17.50 per hour Schedule: o 8AM-4PM o Day shift o Monday to Friday To apply: please respond with current resume
