Winter is coming! For sale is a John Deere model 49 snowthrower (single-stage) for older 120/140 or 300 series garden tractors. Serial number indicates a 1970 model year. It has the short spout and comes with the bracket to hold the chute rotation arm. Good usable overall condition, auger spins freely and looks pretty straight/undamaged. The cutting edge is in decent shape. Comes with the belt as well. It was repainted in the past but most of the original paint is showing underneath. This will fit the 120, 140, 300, 312, 314, 316, 317, 318, 322, 330, and 332 tractors. Asking $400, cash on pickup. Located in East Earl, PA near Shady Maple Smorgasbord.
