Description:

Custom water-cooled gaming PC. Not selling for the board or chip. This is the old school thick radiators, with trick black anodized fittings and 1/2" id cooling lines, EKWB dual bay res with Swiftech pump and water block. It has a dual 120mm rad on top with a custom (dog house) made out of aircraft aluminum with all AN (aircraft hardware) sized perfectly for the fans, plenums (below the fans - to move the dead spot in the middle of the fans away from the rad), and seals. Also, the fans come with rheostats to adjust the fans speeds (although the rad(s) work so well I've never had to change them from the slowest speed). In the rear of the case is a dual 80mm rad custom inserted in the rear of the case for a video card - although I currently have it daisy chained in the system as a pre-cooler for the big rad. This system with ASUS Rampage III and a i7 980x unlocked running at 4.0ghz (20+% overclock) runs at approx. 25deg F over ambient. I gamed (years ago) on COD 3&4 for over 2 hours straight and checked my temps - WAS NOT USING the rear rad at all (not hooked up) and my CPU was at 102 deg F (YES Fahrenheit), that is with a 135 watt TDP chip. If you have a lower chip TDP your thermal headroom will be better. My chip has never seen the temps of your processor at idle. This is serious cooling with good volume, with a new board and new chip you might get stupid #'s with this set-up or might be able to get more out of your not too old set-up. This board and processor is old and is now no longer supported, but works fine at 1080P and the 1070 could push beyond that with some of the eye candy turned off. I thought I was going to get back into gaming after recently upgrading the res, fittings and lines and adding a Corsair RM 850 watt (Gold) power supply, and over $200 in Corsair gaming keyboard and mouse, but it never materialized, my system has just sat with a bunch of new parts unused, turning it on to update every few months. The case has had multiple fans added, the whole thing is sound deadened on the inside and added a UV Light on a separate switch. It has a Samsung 850 Evo 1TB drive and a Strix 1070 GTX Video card. If you are determined to use one of the big box cases that is the current trend, you could (if your case is of the proper design) cut an opening in the top of your case and transfer the "dog house" with rad to it and transfer the rear rad also, use the power supply, the keyboard and mouse, 1TB drive as a "D"or "E" for stashing game or pics or back-ups and get a water-block for a new video card and your system would smoke everyone and you would save a bundle and probably out perform most or all other water cooled systems. This is trick stuff custom done for peak performance. Please no low-ball offers, I'm giving this away at this price. You won't be disappointed. LOCAL CASH SALE ONLY. No Google Numbers. NO "CODES". 5-1-two nine-two-1 three-7-two-5. Thanks for Looking.
