Manager of Canvassing Door-to-Door Lead Generation

EcoView Windows and Doors is seeking an outgoing, energetic, leader to manage our Door-to-Door Canvassing/Lead Generation Team who is self-disciplined and thrives when interacting with people! We are seeking an experienced canvassing manager for hire immediately. The canvassing manager directs our door-to-door appointment setting team by supervising canvassing campaigns for a specific neighborhood or territory, and responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching and overseeing canvassers, as well as planning a canvassing strategy. EcoView canvassers are responsible for door-to-door lead generation and scheduling free in-home quote appointments (sales opportunities) for residential homeowners.  Our canvassers serve as the “face” of our company and the first point of interaction with potential customers to stimulate interest, build brand awareness, and sales opportunities with homeowners.  Primary Responsibilities: - Generate leads/sales opportunities while engaging in door-to-door campaigning - Oversee a team of 4-6 canvassers to start with the plan for continual growth - Hiring, training and coaching of canvassers - Create lead sheets, mapping, and team tracking - Transport self and team to assigned territory (DFW metroplex only) - NO selling involved Qualifications/Requirements:  - High school diploma or GED certificate - Door-to-door experience (1 year required) - Leadership and management experience (1 year required) - Well spoken, confident - Strong work ethic, goal oriented, self motivated   - Includes weekend and evening work  - Must be willing to work outdoors in any season  - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation - Must be 18+ years of age   - Clean, professional appearance - Must pass pre-employment background check  Compensation: Hourly wage $22+ per hour Supplemental Pay: Unlimited incentives for each lead set appointment and sales bonus  Work Location: Office in Grand Prairie, TX and canvassing across DFW metroplex Job Type: Full-time
