Bred Dairy Sheep -Ewes and spring lambs

I need to downsize...wonderful, sociable, friendly dairy ewes and lambs. Some currently in milk. Very easy to handle as they have all been bottle fed specifically for the purpose of training to be wonderful family milkers. We rotationally graze and milk by hand on pasture by clipping collars to fences. They are well trained and don't need a stantion! My 6 year old can even milk them. 😄 100% grass-fed, extremely parasite resistant and tested for CL, OPP, Q fever. EAST FRESIAN, RIDEAU ARCOTT, FINN, & LACAUNE crosses. This amazing cross is something I've worked on for many, many years. Highly prolific on grass, large and correct udder conformation, large sturdy frame, and beautiful medium wool that is easy to shear (minimal lanolin) and wonderful to spin or felt with. $500 each for 8-9 month old bred ewe lambs, $1,000 each for adult ewes in their prime 2-4 years old, bred. Expect litters of 2-4 healthy lambs in Jan/Feb. Or April/May for ewe lambs. Sheep milk is incredibly rich in vitamins minerals and fat, making it perfect for cheese making, butter, ice cream, and drinking fresh. You get many more lbs of cheese for your gallon than with cow's milk. Very mild flavor, not "goaty." We are always willing to help with shipping out of state, and will gladly facilitate health certificates to do so! We also have some gorgeous rams available for breeding.
