IKEA BALKARP Sleeper sofa CLEAN!

This things mint its got hardly any use (never slept on) so Id like to get rid of it. I think considering that it is all put together and the quality is so good that my asking price is fair, what I would feel is fair if I was buying it. I am not able to deliver this.
