good sturdy yard shed. easy pickup needs a little love. 8x10 950 OBO Good sturdy well built garden shed on 4x4 rails. I just bought it and it's just a little big for what I need so I want to unload it. It's sitting in my driveway for very easy pickup, already blocked up. I have a great company that's very experienced and could pick it right up. A little rough around the edges. The 4x4 rails are good. Might need a little attention around the bottom corners and need some paint, and needs a new roof, although doesn't seem to be leaking at the moment but this roof is pretty well shot. But shouldn't take all that much to do. I have a great roofer that can do it if you'd like to have it done before picking up. A little over 8 in wide and a little over 10 ft deep. Inside is dry and in good shape with no visible rot or other issues. Definitely been around the block a few times but with a little love and attention, should be ready for another 30 years. Let me know if you have any questions. With a little work should be the equivalent of a $3,000 shed. Ready to be put down on gravel or some concrete pavers or a couple of strips of poured concrete or on a patio. Or you could probably set it on a proper foundation without too much effort. It's taking up room in my driveway so I'm a little motivated but I'm not going to give it away. Will be empty when you take it of course. If you want to borrow my 4-in PVC rollers to move it in place at your location, you are welcome to as long as you bring them back.
