hello....furnished room for rent...the room has a lot of air and light...and unblocked view....has bed with storage doors and good size closet....there is a spanish style porch with small table to have tea or coffee...the other room mate is from Israel health orientated and goes to the gym...he is quiet and older.. a vegetarian who has 2 cats.......the property has a lot of greenery and plants and the sound of fountains...this area you can walk to Von's and places just around the corner to eat....if you don't have a car there is the culver green bus...santa monica blue bus on Centennial and not that far to Venice blvd.... seeking a room mate with a stable day time job...month to month...$1000...1 month deposit...shared utilities...
