Four piece twin bedroom set

Super cute, unique girls 4 piece bedroom set. Would like gone asap as we're remodeling the room (as you can see in the photos). I could clean it and tighten the bottom drawer and ask for more, but I just don't have the time to do so. Bed, dresser, night stand, and vanity desk that has a full length mirror in the center and glass top. Needs a good cleaning and sticker removal, has some worn edges. Vanity is 73" tall, 58" wide. The drawer parts are 30" tall (the height of a typical table) and the middle, glass part is 4" lower (26"). The bottom drawer of the dresser could use a new track or repair of the one that's on it. My schedule is flexible, so let me know when you'd like to come check it out.
