Majority of our Credible Security Officers (CSO’s) are licensed as Level III & Level IV & have worked some PPO details but mainly work in uniform at prime Level III posts. This position that we’re hiring for NOW is an UNARMED POST so if you have your Level II (unarmed) license, you could apply but Level III & IV are more than welcome to appt as well for this current role. Our average STARTING pay rate for our CSO’s with a Level II license (unarmed) is $15-$17 an hour (see pay structure below). Some accounts currently have an additional bi-weekly accrued bonus and a pay increase after 90 days depending upon licensing, hiring pay rate and job performance. We are also adding company covered *Medical Benefits in 2025.

- This role is more of a concierge position but in full uniform so you must possess integrity, professionalism and an eagerness towards company provided training. - You must be able and willing to interact with residents and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner. 
- You must be licensed with the TXDPS Private Security Board & have your pocket card in hand.
- You must have a flexible schedule but be available in the evenings and/or weekends. ⭐️ This particular job site/shifts available have 3 nights a week from 1900-0700 (12 hour shifts - 36 hours per week) with the chance of overtime & some shifts could include a Saturday & Sunday from 0700-1900 with a good possibility for a set schedule. This is a Level II (UNARMED) post, but we are open to hiring all Level licensed candidates at this time for this post as well as others. All candidates must be actively licensed with the TXDPS Private Security Board and have a current pocket card within their possession along with a valid and current driver's license. After applying for the position by completing our pre-screening questionnaire, the first interview will be a phone screening & if acceptable, a virtual and/or in person interview will be scheduled. All candidates should have a reliable form of transportation and a working phone number and/or email address in order to communicate.

⭐️ Holiday pay is provided 7 calendar days a year when on duty at time and a half, bringing your hourly rate to approx. $22.50-$24.00 an hour or higher. All applicants should be flexible with scheduling and overtime is available on a limited basis periodically. 

⭐️ Again, flexibility as far as hours and job sites is a must for this position/s as we have different roles that occur at a variety of times at different compensation rates (see below). *CSS Compensation Structure: - Level II Licenses/Details - $15-$16 an hour - Level III Licenses/Details - $16-$25 an hour (*CSO Elites are $25-$30 an hour) - Level IV Details - $25-$50 an hour (Limited basis) *CSO Elite is a new program being implemented where officers can earn $25-$30 an hour working special assignments. The requirements to join other CSO Elites is prior militarily or prior law enforcement or at least 10 years security experience or 5 years with #CredibleSecurity. This position will call for additional training and will be for special assignments where clients request this program. 

*This particular UNARMED assignment/post is paying between $15-$17 an hour depending upon licensing, experience, bonus requirements & we also provide *medical benefits at no cost to our CSO’s. ⭐️ All applicants must be well spoken, able to complete, thorough digital activity/incident reports in our officer reporting system and able to present themselves professionally. All officers hired will be required to wear a company uniform, have a neat, well-groomed, authoritative appearance yet friendly/customer service demeanor. ⭐️ Our security officer uniforms are manufactured by the same company that creates uniforms for the U.S. Coast Guard and the New York Police Department. Uniform requirements consist of company A-Style/button down shirt, brass S.O. pins, clip-on tie, brass tie clip, brass shield, CSS photo identification, full duty belt, BDU pants and dark tactical boots. ⭐️ If you are considered for a position with #CssOne, all potential candidates must pass a criminal background check and a 10 panel drug screening following their business references being verified.
