Unarmed and Armed Security Guards NEEDED! starting at $17hr for unarmed guards, $19hr for armed guards (Hutto, TX and surrounding areas) Seraphim Security & Staffing Services #B07291901, is seeking flex UNARMED & part time ARMED Security Guards for the following shifts: 1. EVERY Thursday from 7P-1230A, Friday - Saturday from 8P-230A. CASINO STYLE GAME LOUNGE (PT) 18.5hrs weekly - Starts 11/30 or 12/7 - ARMED ONLY 2. Dec 8th & 9th 230P-11P, SPECIAL EVENTS VENUE (PT) - UNARMED/ARMED - Unarmed guards will be hired to work multiple events at this venue throughout the year. MULTIPLE SHOWS PER MONTH. We offer a competitive and attractive pay starting at $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities: UNARMED GUARDS: Provide crowd control and deterrence, when needed. Presence at assigned posts. Bag check at entrance and TABC rules at exit. General concert and special events guidelines. Display good customer service. ARMED GUARDS: Conduct hourly patrol of building inside and out. Show security presence at entrance. Walk guest to their vehicles, if needed. Provide crowd control when needed. Display good customer service. Requirements: Minimum 21 years of age. Security experience preferred; Possess Level II - Non Commissioned card in hand; Training/Certification is possible for the right candidate if not licensed. Clean background; Effective verbal communication skills; Able to stand and walk entire shift; Must possess a smart phone for scheduling app; Handle all issues/situations in a calm and professional manner; Use sound judgment and critical thinking when making decisions; Display courteous and situationally appropriate behavior.
