Preschool Center Director Needed

Preschool Director Responsibilities: - Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum for preschool-aged children - Oversee daily operations of the preschool, including scheduling, staffing, and budgeting - Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and maintain a safe and nurturing environment - Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment - Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development - Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing professional development opportunities - Foster a sense of community among students, parents, and staff - Manage enrollment and admissions processes Experience: - 2 Years Experience as a Preschool Director or Assistant Director - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Previous experience in a leadership role in a preschool or early childhood education setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a team of teachers and staff members - Familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschools Join our team of dedicated educators and make a difference in the lives of young children!
