Construction Superintendent

Multi-Family / Commercial Superintendent needed to supervise the construction of new projects in Seattle. The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the project to which they are assigned. Their role is to provide leadership to the field team, manage subcontractors, maintain schedule, safety, quality, and to oversee projects to completion. An ideal candidate; Is energetic and a self-starter. Is an effective communicator. Requires minimal supervision and excellent leadership skills Is computer literate, with experience in Outlook, Project. Experience with Procore is an advantage. Maintains a safe working environment. Has experience in construction in the capacity of a superintendent.
